KLIMA-PUR is an innovative manufacturing process to produce a new type of carpentry made from Polyurethane foam (KLIMA-PUR). Similar to wooden frames and profiles, KLIMA-PUR window frames show increased thermal, acoustic and moisture barrier properties using (bio)PUR as a single structural & functional material, thus facilitating the windows recycling at the end-of-life.

 During the SME Instrument Phase 1, our company has   demonstrated the feasibility of the manufacturing   technology and designed the roadmap for the next   technologic developments. We have performed an   approach to a disruptive reactive manufacturing   technology (EXTRU-PUR) with the extrusion of a   polyurethane bar: the simplest geometry for an   extruded  product. 

 Stage 2 - THE LIOF-LBDF FUNDING PROGRAM

 During the PoP study, our company has developed   and certified our PUR windows through CE   marking, scoring really high in the certification   tests, especially in the thermal insulation   performance. In addition, new biobased   formulations have been developed to offer a new   low C-Footprint & Highly Energy Efficient   polyurethane window.
Stage 3 - THE NEOTEC 2019 FUNDING PROGRAM

During 2020, INDRESMAT is developing a simple but highly productive technology to manufacture polyurethane window frames and profiles with the aim to introduce the product into the market and get our first customers. The Neotec funding program will allow us to implement a pilot demo plant that will be fully automated and adapted to industry 4.0 during the 5th stage of our project: the European funding program EIC Accelerator.
Stage 4 - THE STARTUP CAPITAL FUNDING PROGRAM

During 2020-2021, INDRESMAT will enter into the European market through a marketing campaign and a Kick Starter project to get the first end-users and supported by our customers (windows manufacturers) who will produce our PUR windows and deliver the product.
