BioPUR INSULATION FOAMS
BioPUR is a low density insulation foam that has been formulated with 60-75% biobased raw materials (mainly coming from natural oils).
With a working density range of 40-100 kg/m3 and a thickness range of 40-300 mm, bioPUR offers a thermal conductivity of 0.022-0.030W/mK with a reduction of 30-40% C-Footprint.
BIOPUR-SF (Spray foaming), a type of internal & external insulation that is applied with a special machine that is able to spray the foam on the surface of walls, roof or floor.
BioPUR-IF (Injection foaming), a type of internal insulation that introduces a reactive mixture into a cavity, where it expands to form a rigid foam, ideal for insulation of walls, prefabricated panels or molds, ensuring precision and uniformity.
BioPUR-SP (Sandwich Panel), a prefabricated external insulation system for cladding ventilated façades. It's a easy-to-install product that reduces the installation time. Its customization capacity and the wide range of colors and textures makes it perfect for most building renovations.
BioPUR-EP (ETICS panel), an external thermal insulation system installed on-site providing lightweight, durability, and provide excellent structural stability. The bioPUR core enhances thermal performance while minimizing panel thickness, optimizing building space.
bioPUR-IM (Injection Molding), a low density foam that can be molded from a reactive mixture casted in a mold, being able to manufacture shaped pieces for insulation or similar purposes o form lightweight, rigid components.
SAFE-PUR® INSULATION FOAMS
Conventional insulation PUR foams show a dangerous fire behavior and this lack of safety is one of the main barriers for PUR to become the leading insulating material.
SAFE-PUR bio-based foams may be sprayed or injected, as well as in sheets or panels, offering a highly increased fire safety dramatically reducing:
1) Flammability
2) Fire propagation
3) Smoke emission
4) Fumes toxicity.
SAFE-PUR foams have demonstrated much safer behavior in case of fire than conventional foams during combustion tests.
